Tullipan Homes (Pvt) Ltd trading as Mac-Homes Real Estate was registered in 2002 as a Real Estate company with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe as per the provisions of the Estate Agents Council Act of Zimbabwe. Mac-Homes Real Estate is under the directorship of three directors with impressive tertiary, and professional qualifications as well as combined 28 years of business management experience. The company is a medium sized corporate entity which provides first class professional services in all its business areas. Its core business entails property sales, property management, property valuations and property development both as contractors and providing consultancy.
Over the years since its inception, Mac-Homes Real Estate has demonstrated that it provides excellent professional services in project management consultancy, property development ,property sales, management and valuations.

Mac-Homes Real Estate boasts of an extraordinary sales team that is well equipped with sales and marketing qualifications and is very knowledgeable in property sales. We offer advisory services to- (i) sellers on open market values of their properties to ensure that they get the best prices for their properties on excellent terms of payment taking into cognisance the market forces of demand and supply at any given time. We sell residential, commercial and industrial built up properties and stands, (ii) and advise buyers and sellers on the procedural and substantive matters involved in property sales.

Valuations

Mac-Homes Real Estate offers valuations for all types of properties be it residential, commercial, industrial, mining, agricultural as well as movables. We do valuations for Selling/disposal, Accounting, Leasing, Buying, Insurance, Deceased estates, Statutory purpose, Mortgage, Compensation.

Property Management

Mac-Homes offer real estate management for properties that include residential, commercial, agricultural as well as industrial. Our two major roles involve acquiring properties for management as well as maintaining and managing them. We have strategies that we use to realise effective property management and these include but not limited to tenants’ vetting, charging attractive rentals through thorough knowledge of market and the forces of supply and demand, effective rent collection, effective rental remittance, public relations between both the landlords and the tenants and property inspections. The use of a crafted Lease Agreement with clearly stated provisions makes it possible to realise the goal of effective property management.

Land Development and Project Management

With one of the Directors and two staff members having qualifications in Town Planning and having extensive experience in the land development processes both from local urban authorities and private developments, Mac-homes is well positioned to offer professional consultancy services on property development commencing from obtaining preliminary town planning permits such as subdivision permits and cluster housing development permits. Given our expertise in the sales market we are able to advise the nature and magnitudes of developments that will bring the best returns to the landowners.
